50 Ways To Cope With Stress

  I found this on Tumblr, and it makes me happy that I did. Just by the fact that the phrase, "BELIEVE IN YOU" and "SAY 'NO' MORE OFTEN" were written in bold letters, it made myself feel less... Stressed perhaps? And then there was these other phrases, "Visualize yourself winning," "Have goals for yourself" and "Strive for excellence, NOT perfection" were just the things I needed. But then they forgot to put these.
